The history of the building in which Pepi Studios is established goes way back to the early years of the 20th century. In 1906 the building accommodated the private primary school ‘Amalia’, and later on the property was sold to a local business man who turned it into a material shop in 1962. One generation after the other, and the members of this family managed to transform the building into small apartments in 1985, and later on into a charming boutique hotel.
The property comprises of 13 rooms, 3 Maisonettes and 2 Suites which surround a beautiful garden and a small outdoor swimming pool. It is built in respect to the character and architecture of the Old Town of Rethymnon, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the charm of yesterday and the comforts of today.

Pepi Studios, which have recently been refurbished, offer various in-room facilities such as fully equipped kitchen with fridge and cutlery, electronic safe deposit box, Flat screen TV, A/C , heating, satellite TV and hairdryer.
